2. Information we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, which are needed to respond. Phone number and subject are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry. We use the information only to review and answer your enquiry, prepare a potential quotation or engagement, and manage related business communications.
3. Legal basis
We process information you submit to take steps at your request before a possible contract and, for general enquiries, on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business communications. Technical request data that may be recorded by the hosting infrastructure is used to operate and protect the website.
4. Who receives the information
Contact form messages are sent to the company using the Resend email delivery service. The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical request data to provide, secure and operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Service providers are used for these purposes under the applicable data protection terms.
5. International transfers
Service providers may use infrastructure or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer takes place, it must rely on a lawful mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
