Our Story – From 1975 to Today
Since our beginnings in 1975, our journey in the construction industry has been shaped by expertise, reliability and continuous progress. With decades of experience and a specialization in the energy upgrading of buildings, we are building a modern, dynamic business partnership focused on delivering comprehensive construction solutions to high standards.
The new company brings together three business operations, combining long-standing experience, specialist expertise and technical knowledge across different areas of construction.
PERDIKIS – Three Generations of Construction Experience
Founded in 1975.
Perdikis is a family story spanning three generations. It began with Spyridon Perdikis, who laid the foundations of the family’s construction business. The journey continued with his son, Konstantinos Perdikis, who played a decisive role in the company’s development and establishment.
Today, the third generation carries this legacy forward, with Spyridon Perdikis now holding an important role. He keeps the family’s values alive while combining tradition with modern expertise.
Specializing in insulation, waterproofing and thermal insulation, Perdikis continues to invest in quality materials, technical excellence and modern solutions for improving the energy performance of buildings.
